1/ All pilots using this field must be a member of Hook Model Flying Clubs and membership card is to be carried at all times when using field and must be produced on request by police officer, council official or club committee member

2/ All Flyers MUST be possession on their person of a valid BMFA membership card to be produced on request by police officer, council official or club committee member

3/ All Flying must take place from Designated Pit and flight line areas and aircraft may only take off and land from designated runway and helipads as shown on map (see attached map). Flyers are FORBIDDEN to set up on their own away from Pit area.

4/ Operation of Internal Combustion Engines, Nitro and Gas Turbines in all types Models is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN (this includes cars as well as aircraft)

5/ When Flying is taking place a Wind Sock or Flag MUST be clearly flown to indicate to other park users that flying is currently taking place and if possible warning signs placed at the entrances points to the field.

6/ Flying beyond park boundaries is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. This includes all camera drones and FPV aircraft.

7/ Only 2.4GHz radio equipment maybe used. All Receivers must be fitted with a working fail Safe and this is to be demonstrated on request.

8/ No Lone Flying may take place, a competent spotter MUST be present for safety reasons as general public have access to site. The pilot must also hold an BMFA A certificate.

9/ All pilots must comply with Civil Aviation Authority CAP722 or BMFA Article 16. CAA Operator ID must be displayed in accordance with CAP722 and Article 16. It is now a criminal offence to fly any kind of model without this.

10/ No First Person View FPV flying may take place without a competent spotter over 18 years old.

11/ Flying may only take place during stated times. Monday 10am-8.30pm Tuesday No Flying, Wednesday 12 noon-8pm, Thursday No Flying, Friday 10am-8.30pm, Saturday 10am-8.30pm Sunday 3pm-8.30pm. Flying outside these times is strictly prohibited.

12/ Gates may only be opened for access and locked immediately after passing through.

13/ All members and guests must log on at time of arrival and off at time of departure via clubs WhatsApp group.

14/ Guest pilots may visit the club up to 3 times in total before they will have to join club.

15/ Due to noise 3D flying of both fixed and rotary wing helicopters and racing drones are FORBIDDEN.

Failure to comply with club rules will result in termination of membership for life.
